We are assisting client, one of the largest construction machine manufacturers, based in Redcliffe who are seeking a Commercial Coordinator available to join their team immediately.
Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: ASAP start
Duration: Initially 6 months with the potential to become permanent
Pay Rate: $50ph + Super - depending on experience
The role: Administration of new machine & lease invoice process Machine build cost sheet reconciliation Negative margin analysis Machine & asset stock take Job audits P&L analysis Debtor escalation WIP monitoring to ensure timely invoicing Month end closing processes Approval of Supplier invoices within limits Budgeting and forecasting Identify and implement opportunities for improvement of existing processes The successful candidates must have: Experience in a similar role Intermediate to advanced Excel Strong knowledge of commercial operations and principles Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines If you are interested in these roles and fit the criteria, please apply online today!
