Commercial/Contracts Manager - Architecture & Interiors This international, boutique design practice specialises in the delivery of large-scale, luxury hotel projects. Responsibilities Management of project contracts folio in conjunction with legal representatives to negotiate throughout the process Engage with Directors and stakeholders to effectively support and coach decision making the project life cycle with regard to scope conditions and risk Report on the contract status of all projects Work with the Finance Director to ensure projects are meeting billing targets and budgets Consistent and high-level documentation and reporting to directors regarding contract status Consistently implement improved processes aligned with the development of the practice Skills & Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in the interior design or architecture industry advantageous Strong experience negotiating commercial contractual agreements and contract administration Knowledge of Interior Design processes and quality assurance practices an advantage High level communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions for the best interests of the practice A strong business acumen with the ability navigate a changing environment Proven experience working with leaders to coach and guide their decision-making process Benefits & Culture Gorgeous new studio on inner city fringe (and dog friendly!)
