About the role: Join CDC in a newly created role supporting our Development and Operations team as a Commercial Contracts Administrator. This role manages contractual administration of procurement activities, ensuring contract requirements and company policies and procedures are applied.
Key Accountabilities: Conduct data analysis, cost control, and cross-project information summarisation.Oversee subcontractor procurement, including negotiation support and contractor pricing analysis, ensuring compliance with company protocols.Ensure contract obligations are met through milestone tracking, payments, reporting, and relationship management with key stakeholders.Collaborate with managers and stakeholders on project milestones and daily requirements via phone, email, and meetings.Administer contract finances, variations, project specifications, and reporting within budget and policy guidelines, maintaining accurate records and documentation.About you: This role is well-suited for candidates with a background in contracts administration/coordination within a construction setting. Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentSkilled in analysing and summarising complex information/dataProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Power BI highly desiredEssential: Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
