About the role We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Contract Senior Specialist.
This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
As the Commercial Contract Senior Specialist at Essential Energy, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing contract management maturity across the Asset and Operations division.
Reporting to the CMO Manager, you will provide expert commercial advice, lead compliance efforts, and enhance contract management practices.
You'll collaborate with Procurement to support strategic initiatives, monitor contractor performance, and develop training to elevate contract management skills within the team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive continuous improvement and make a lasting impact on contract standards within Essential Energy.
About You You are an experienced professional in commercial contract management with a strong foundation in risk management and strategic planning.
Ideally, you have demonstrated success in improving contract management processes in a corporate setting.
Skilled in building effective stakeholder relationships, you communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, and are comfortable providing training and guidance on contract management.
Organised and detail-oriented, you're adept at managing complex workloads and are committed to driving high standards of governance and compliance.
Required Qualifications A Degree in Business or related discipline or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications Driver's License Desirable Project/Program Management qualification Business Management or Contract Management qualifications.
