We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Kimberley Cleaning Enterprise in Broome, Western Australia.
This contract role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our commercial cleaning operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service are delivered to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate a team of commercial cleaners to complete cleaning tasks to a high standard Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and workflows Inspect completed work and provide feedback to the cleaning team Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as required Provide training and support to the cleaning team to continuously improve performance Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health, safety and environmental regulations What we're looking for
Relevant experience in a commercial cleaning supervisory role Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment and safety protocols Proficiency in using cleaning-related software and technology A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team What we offer
