Commercial And Property Lawyer - 3-6 Year Pae

Our client is an  award-winning , national firm who have been commended on its ability to perform the high end-transactions and uphold their large client base and their dedication to providing clients with tailored legal advice.
Your new role Working with experienced senior lawyers with a wealth of knowledge, you will advise high calibre clients including property developers and investors, on a range of property law matters.
You will also be responsible for running matters across commercial leasing, offering advise on acquisitions, disposals, off the plan sales and due diligence matters.
What you'll need to succeed You will have 3+ years' PAE in property and commercial law across the above areas gained from another reputable practice, along with: A positive attitude and passion for your work Keen eye for detail Ability to work autonomously and in a team Strong work ethic What you'll get in return On offer is a variety of complex and interesting corporate law matters acting on behalf of high calibre clients in a high performance environment.
