Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, finance sales, or advisory role, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with facilitating and project management of public sector agreements with customers and cross-functional internal business partners, solving customer concerns with education, deployment of common fallbacks, or bespoke drafting, as appropriate.
Experience developing complex agreement structures and successful implementation.
Knowledge of drafting complex agreements on the unique legal requirements of cloud contractual terms and conditions for two or more industries.
Ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
Ability to have, or willing to obtain baseline security clearance.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present investigative findings.

Oversee complex, multi-dimensional commercial and contractual projects and processes, generating innovative approaches to address business and customer issues.
