Join us as Commercial and Business Development Manager where you will lead and manage commercial, business development and financial monitoring activities within our marine team. You will drive commercial performance and enhance revenue generating opportunities ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the department.

You're an experienced commercial manager, able to develop and implement strategies to promote growth and maximise outcomes.You're capable of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading the commercial negotiations and preparing tender documentation in conjunction with subject matter experts.You're great with data, have a mind for numbers and stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities.You're an effective communicator and great at building and nurturing productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.You're flexible and comfortable working in fast-paced environments, across multiple projects and with changing priorities.This bit matters!
