Commercial Analyst

Management Accounting & Budgeting (Accounting) Ambition are currently partnered with an ASX listed digital brand who are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in preparing management reports, working with budgets and forecasts, and would have previously partnered with various senior stakeholders within a business.
As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the business's financial decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities: Analyse financial performance and prepare detailed reports for management. Partner with the organisation's cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. Prepare budgets and forecasts. Month-end reporting and activities. Assist with business case preparation. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications: CA or CPA Fully Qualified Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting At least 3 - 4 years of experience in management reporting and partnering with stakeholders Strong communication skills, demonstrated through prior partnering experience Advanced Excel and Power BI Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 Base + Super
