Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering top-tier solutions to meet the needs of our valued clients.About the Role: Commercial AnalystBased at our Head Office in Port Botany, Sydney, and reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Commercial Analyst will be key in coordinating new and existing business opportunities. You'll play an essential role in shaping first-class proposals, tenders, and customer presentations that align with financial, operational, and compliance standards. This role also supports our Business Development department across all service lines, providing pricing evaluation, tender management, and CRM data oversight.What You'll DoWorking closely with national and state commercial teams, you will:Craft high-quality proposals and quotes that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.Drive tender success by managing documentation, gathering insights from stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all standards and policies.Support pricing and data analysis through CRM management, cost modelling, and auditing customer pricing.Deliver impactful commercial reports for weekly and monthly performance reviews and analyse account profitability.Enhance customer relations by coordinating promotional campaigns, supporting sales communications, and monitoring industry trends.What We're Looking ForQualifications & Experience: A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Supply Chain and 5+ years in a complex commercial environment with a focus on Customer Service or Sales/Tender roles, preferably in Logistics and Transport.Key Skills: Strong stakeholder management, analytical abilities, strategic thinking, customer focus, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.Attributes: A collaborative, results-driven approach with the ability to lead initiatives, adapt under pressure, and continually identify improvement opportunities.Why Join ACFS Port Logistics?Joining us means being part of a high-growth company where you can refine your B2B sales skills and make a real impact within a team offering diverse, international logistics services.If this sounds like you, click the Apply Now link belowYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a commercial analyst?Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience?Do you have experience preparing and submitting tenders?
