The Opportunity  We're hiring a Commercial Analyst at our hub in Prestons, Sydney! If you're passionate about numbers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the idea of making impactful decisions, this role is for you. 
As our new Commercial Analyst, you will be at the heart of our Retail Fulfillment Centre (RFC), working closely with our Senior Commercial Manager! The purpose of this role is to provide invaluable insights and strategic support that will drive our operational excellence and financial success. After the initial training and onboarding period, this role will offer hybrid working flexibility.
A day in the life of a Commercial Analyst at Toll Group  Manage P&L submission and reconciliation 
Monitor key performance indicators to deliver valuable insights and inform decision-making processes. 
Actively drive operational cost initiatives through identification, execution, support and reporting.
Prepare budgets and forecasts 
Support stakeholders to achieve and surpass operational and financial performance goals. 
Engage in collaborative efforts and negotiation processes for new business ventures and tender opportunities. 
What you'll need to succeed  Tertiary studies in Business or Commerce. 
Demonstrated experience improving and automating processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to navigate our collaborative environment. 
Business acumen and analytical skills. 
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI.
Experience in warehousing or manufacturing environments is preferred but not essential.
