About the Role Located at our headquarters in Adelaide, the role of Commercial Analyst offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a strategic and analytical mindset. You will play a pivotal role in driving the SES business expansion and profitability. Scrutinising and modelling new and existing projects, you will play a key role in supporting business development prospects for both new and established ventures, which is an instrumental component for our team's success. Key accountabilities include: Providing timely and accurate economic evaluations, analysis and advice in support of various SES projects, including overall SES strategic objectives, internal management reporting and commercial/contractual arrangements Optimising the value-added for Santos by assessing and analysing projects from the perspective of JV partners, financiers, government, and infrastructure providers' perspective Providing analytical and transaction support for the negotiation and management of new and existing commercial/contractual arrangements Developing and maintaining up to date, accurate economic models to support SES decision making and analysis of various SES initiatives, projects, and opportunities. About You You will be experienced in: Conducting comprehensive economic assessments, employing sophisticated modelling techniques to provide insightful analysis and strategic advice. Spearheading project enhancement initiatives to optimise performance and results. Driving business growth through innovative development strategies and robust partnerships. Collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate effective governance processes and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
