Commercial Accountant

Following significant growth a large scale multinational business operating in the property and construction business is seeking a Commercial Accountant to join their high quality accounting team. The role will suit an ambitious candidate with 2-4 years experience looking to move to an industry leading business.It will also make an excellent first move from public practice into commerce.

Key responsibilities will include: Monthly reporting including GL posting, journals, reconciliations
Management of the fixed assets register
Capex management and forecasting
Management of the Asset finance leasing register
Liaising with senior operational leaders providing support and guidance
Balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with audit requirements
Ad hoc reconciliations, analysis and reporting Your experience and skills: CA/CPA qualified or working towards
Strong accounting knowledge and able to apply relevant accounting standards (AASB/IFRS)
2-4 years accounting experience
Strong teamworking, numerical and communication skills
