The Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, develop and coordinate team members, ensuring all tasks are completed correctly as per guidelines and procedures set by the organization in a timely manner Regular internal stakeholder engagement as well as customer relationships Monitoring staff and team performance Resolving escalated credit issues directly with customers Drive continuous improvement strategies Monthly reporting on assessment and performance of team members Ongoing reporting responsibilities to ensure management is aware and across current state of play, and ongoing progress Project & System Implementation About You Previous and proven experience as Team Leader / Manager managing teams of more than 6 people Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and finance staff High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers Excellent communicator and proven process & change improvement and transformation How to Apply
