Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Reach out to clients via phone, email, or mail

Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers, providing personalized support throughout the collections process.
Problem Solving: Identify trends in client behavior and propose tailored solutions to help clients manage their arrears.
