Analyse property and financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic portfolio management Be the primary point of contact for managing property debt recovery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Develop and maintain property portfolio reports, systems, and processes within the iSpace database Foster strong relationships to deliver exceptional client service and financial information Coordinate the distribution of internal aged debt reports for further action Locate and provide updated tenant contact details to the Finance Team About You Experience in property management or a related field Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (experience with iSpace a plus) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy\ The Benefits The opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic department Collaborative and supportive work environment Above award hourly rate Government contract Please apply by upload your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
