Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calls, nurturing relationships, and ultimately closing sales. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and success in the business brokerage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients using a provided list or database. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective communication and follow-ups. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Close sales and achieve monthly targets to contribute to company revenue. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and processes. Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling and sales, preferably in the brokerage or related industry (not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
