This leadership role is the perfect opportunity for an established industry professional looking to take the next step in their career.
Working to oversee our morning coffee operation, your key responsibility will be managing the departmental day to day operations, with a focus on building the best possible team to deliver the best possible guest experience. You will also be responsible for shift management, oversight of stock management and sales. High volume specialty coffee experience essential.
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative restaurant team, and supported by our operations team, you will be pivotal in the continued development of Morena Restaurant.
