Co-Ordinator / Administrator

Established in 1998, AFT Fire Protection is a dynamic and market leading company within the Fire Protection industry.
Our successful growth strategy has enabled us to add a new service co-ordinator position to our team. 
This new position requires a very organised person, that has attention to detail, be able to multitask and has the ability to prioritise and schedule work for up 10 technicians.
Summary position description is as follows:
Co-ordinate routine testing of contracted sitesScheduling technicians to allocated tasks Co-ordinating access and notices to clientsProcess work ordersUptick CRM maintenance  Would suit a person that is an analytical type that has a structured approach to their work.
This position is offered as a full-time role.
Fire Protection Industry and Uptick experience is preferred but not essential.
