Job Responsibilities: Programming to develop 2D and 3D geometrical parts4 and 5 axis programming using MasterCAM softwareProgram and analyze new job ordersUpdate existing programs and setup sheetsCreates work instructions in the form of setup sheetsTroubleshoots programs on the CNC FloorIdentifies special tooling and requisitionsWork with Manufacturing Engineers on machining processesMaintain the highest degree of safety alwaysOther duties as assignedRequirements: 5 years' experience programming 4 & 5 axis CNC machines using MasterCAM5 years'CNC milling experienceTooling, fixturing, and material knowledge along with the ability to read blueprintsHigh speed machining experienceStrong communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in and thrive in a fast-paced environment
