Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Engineering Workshop in their search for a CNC Programmer based near Deeside.For the successful CNC Programmer, our client is offering:Days RoleTemporary to PermanentThe role - CNC Programmer:Develop CNC turning programs for Featurecam/Mastercam for lathe operations based on engineering drawings/models and specificationsSet up and operate CNC lathe to produce precision partsSelect appropriate tooling and fixtures for each jobAssemble and disassemble machine components as neededPerform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinesCollaborate with engineers and designers to optimize machiningWhat our client is looking for in a CNC Programmer:Must have experience in operating HAAS/HYUNDAI/BROADBENT machines - ESSENTIALMust have experience in programming using FeatureCam or MasterCamProficiency in CAD software for creating or modifying part designsStrong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principlesProficiency in tooling selection, assembly, and fabrication techniquesExperience with materials handling and inventory management in a warehouse settingBasic math skills for calculations and measurementsFamiliarity with logic controllers and programming languages used in CNC machinesKnowledge of welding processes and techniquesKey skills or similar Job titles:CNC Programmer, Lathe SetterCommutable From:Deeside, Flint, ChesterFor further information about this and other positions please apply now.
