This is a senior, permanent, full-time position offering exciting opportunities to work on a variety of projects using state-of-the-art 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines.Key Responsibilities

Operate and program CNC lathes or mills to produce high-quality components.
Set up and run jobs independently, ensuring precision and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with engineers and management on various projects.
Contribute to a low to medium volume, high-quality production environment.
Participate in a team-oriented workplace to achieve consistent quality outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Minimum of 5 years' experience in CNC machining.
Proficiency in Mastercam CAD/CAM programming.
Experience with 5-axis machining is highly regarded.
Relevant trade qualification.
A proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the company.
