8/6 roster FIFO from Perth Site based role 12 month duration with view to extend About Our Client: Rio Tinto operates the worlds largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets. These assets include a world-class, integrated network of 15 iron ore mines, four port facilities, a 1,700 kilometre rail network and related infrastructure. Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety and environmental performance. About the Role: WorkPac are currently seeking a CMS Supervisor based on site to commence work as soon as possible. This position offers an 8/6 roster for 12 months in duration. Key Responsibilities will include: Ensures compliance with Contractor Management System Provide coaching to Contractor Leaders on Prestart information and Leadership in the field elements Supports contractor to manage incidents in line with RTIO guidance Supports contractor to work through project operations readiness items CRM participation and quality through coaching and own performance Provides regular feedback through the CMS Portal Audits equipment for compliance with Pro track Equipment Inspection guidelines Audits personnel for compliance with mandatory qualifications Audits tracking sheets Drive continuous improvement in safety in alignment with the Safety Maturity Model Skills & Experience Required: Understanding of project management and supporting framework Knowledge of the project study phase and executing planning, project strategy and stakeholder engagement Rio Tinto Iron Ore contractor management experience desirable Project Management and experience within Earthworks Experience working for Rio Tinto or BHP in Project Advisor roles WA C class drivers licence About WorkPac WorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
