We are seeking an invested and passionate Cluster Information Technology Manager to oversee our three properties in the CBD, based in Perth. In the heart of the city and with a growing global hotel brand, this could be the next step to further grow your experienced sales career.
Responsibilities: Ensure the highest possible IT service is provided to the agreed standards and best practices.Maintain standards and best practices following Hilton policies and procedures.Work with Business Management to expedite access and better utilisation of information including providing mentorship, training and development opportunities to the current team members.Plan, manage and execute IT projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.About You: University degree, majoring in IT, relevant certificate/s and/or 5+ years of professional work experience in technology or related field.Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel environment.Hotel operations experience is advantageous.Good interpersonal skills.Strong administration and communication skills.Proficiency, at an intermediate to advanced level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft programs.Have full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is offered).Ideally, be physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area.We are open to confidential conversations with candidates about the role as part of the application and recruitment process.
