The Role Based at Rydges Latimer Christchurch and responsible for South Island EVT Hotels, the Cluster Director of Sales is the master of our commercial destiny and responsible for developing, leading, and executing top line revenue performance. You are as comfortable enhancing and maximizing the profile of our hotels as you are discussing deliverables with key accounts. 
The role is focussed on securing future business opportunities within assigned markets, cultivating the current base of major accounts, increasing projected revenues, and identifying potential in markets where we are not capturing our fair share of the business. This is an all revenue role and will oversee the hotels targets for rooms, conferencing and restaurant + bar revenues.
Key Responsibilities -Develop, lead and execute strategy to deliver top line revenue excellence
-Cultivate a high performance culture amongst the team
-Direct management, oversight and goals for identified group key accounts
- A high level of collaboration with General Managers, National Director of Sales & Marketing and the wider EVT sales and marketing team
Skills & Experience -Minimum 7 years Hospitality sales and marketing leadership experience at a senior level
-Demonstrated history of key account management and results
-Knowledge of all market segments and distribution channels
-Collaborative and Inclusive
