Job Description
What you will be doing: Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts for VIP guests, providing exceptional service at every step of the journeyDeliver established food & beverage service sequences, bringing your personalised flair to each guest encounterMaintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guestsProudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-sellingDeliver personalised service with passion and professionalismQualifications
Your experience and skills include: Previous experience in a similar hybrid role, within a high-end settingStrong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of serviceAvailability across a variety of shifts, including breakfast and evening service periods, across weekdays, weekends, and public holidaysValid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationFull Australian working rightsA true love and passion for creating genuine memorable guest experiencesAdditional Information
