Club Managers to us are critical to our success - they have the biggest impact to our Members, Personal Trainers and Member Experience team, so critical to our success in achieving our vision. With a focus on delivering high quality, simple and efficient Club management– focused on our member experience and enabling our vibrant Revo Culture is what this role is all about.
Key Responsibilities: Revo Team Experience:Relationships are everything – ensuring your team understand and are confident to perform their role well. This is achieved through effective recruiting and onboarding your team, managing their performance accountability. We are driving to ensure strong engagement, motivational buy in, career longevity, clear and honest feedback and values alignment of our talent.Staffing and Rostering is a key driver of this function, ensuring that team members are upskilled in their responsibilities for rostering, shift swapping and time and attendance through the relevant platform and Company process.High levels of communication with your team, your manager, other Revo Club Managers, Manager and Revo HQ – which is critical to ensuring effective flow of information.Drive engagement of your Personal Trainer teams, ensuring they align with the Revo brand values and expectations.Member Experience:Our members experience is directly shaped by the way our team approach, help & support both potential and new members in our clubs. Effective leadership, role modelling and driving the expectations of your team's interactions; ensure our member experience is aligned with our vision and brand values will enable a unique and rewarding experience for potential and current members.Facilities, Equipment and Stock Management:Ensure the Club maintains and presents to Revo's high standards and expectations, including:Equipment, accessories are organised, and spot cleaned according to procedures.Regular and deep cleaning standards are effectively managed.Reporting any minor or major maintenance or improvement areas according to Company procedures, managing the issue through to its high-quality completion. This includes effectively managing the Company endorsed contractor and stakeholder relationship where applicable.Health and Safety:Safety of our team and Members is critical, therefore:Ensure and manage our team and Members comply with the relevant Health and Safety regulations and Company's procedures.Complete the Company's applicable checklists and processes for yearly, monthly, weekly and daily checks, drills and reporting compliance.Respond to any injury or incident, applying First Aid as part of being a first responder.Reporting and Administration:For our business to succeed, effectively monitor and report the Company's key management reports, which is critical to help ensure it influences our decisions moving forward.Essential Skills and Experience: Develops Talent - builds effective teamsDrives EngagementOrganisational SavvyDrives Results through Member Experience and RetentionManages ConflictSolutions FocusedLeadership in Club PresentationPrevious experience in management / leadershipWho is Revo?
