Club Manager / Licensee

Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to manage this newly rebuilt and soon-to-be-opened property. The Royal was a long-standing hotel located in the Casino CBD, which was acquired by the Casino RSM Club and is now being transformed into a subsidiary licensed club.
The property will be brand new in every respect and features traditional bars and a restaurant, a gaming room, a sports bar, and a large outdoor beer garden. It also has a 10-room motel on site.
The successful Manager/Licensee will report to the CEO of the RSM Club Ltd and be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, staffing, and financial performance. Licensee, gaming, and alcohol service competencies will be necessary.
Applicants must demonstrate substantial proven experience in a similar role and have strong leadership and team management skills. As this is a startup operation, the successful applicant will also need to demonstrate experience in either running or being responsible for running a business. Responsibility for building a new business and establishing a customer base in a competitive marketplace will be well regarded.
