About the Role A once in a lifetime opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest level of fitness and operational programming to Port Macquarie as we re-brand and expand into the area. This is an exciting time for Genesis Fitness and the Port Macquarie members as we look to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Club General Manager to build and lead a passionate, professional and highly engaged team.
Your key responsibilities include:
Achieving sales targets Manage and motivate a sales team Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets Implement an annual sales and marketing planner Create business opportunities with the local corporate market Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members You must: Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club Have extensive club management experience (essential) Have experience managing staff and budgets Have a passion for health and fitness SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL If you are a passionate person who realizes the tremendous opportunity that this role offers and want to utilize your skills and passion in a health and fitness environment, we want to hear from you!
