As a Cloud Technical Lead, you will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of DevOps, web application software, and design principles.
You will have the opportunity to lead and participate in the continuous delivery infrastructure architecture design, whilst managing and supporting the operations of the company's cloud-based systems and infrastructure.
You must be a highly innovative person, who can proactively identify potential issues before they occur and provide the recommended solutions.Key Responsibilities
Identify issues before they occur, provide the recommended solution and drive the implementation thereof.Observe and monitor the day-to-day operation of cloud-based systems.Provide recommendations around FinOps, high availability and optimal performance.Lead the design and implementation of build, test, release and deployment, orchestrating and automating system provisioning, deployment, scaling and monitoring.Advocate for DevOps practices, facilitating continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).Collaborate with vendors and service providers.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the CloudOps team.
Evaluate new technologies and tools, identify areas for optimization, and implement process improvements.Minimum Qualifications
5+ years proven experience as a CloudOps / DevOps Technical lead or a similar role, with a focus on improving, managing, supporting and automating cloud-based infrastructure.Experience in systems management with an eagerness to automate wherever and whenever the possibility arises.Ability to present complex analysis in a clear, concise and actionable manner.Experienced in Google Cloud Platform.Experienced in Kubernetes.Experienced with Terraform and GitOps framework.Experience in microservices and event-driven architectures.Experience with scripting languages like Python and Bash.Experience creating CI/CD pipelines from scratch using GitLab, Jenkins or similar.Ability to identify key technical points and potential value in a certain technical discipline.Ability to identify, handle and solve product/project problems and difficulties independently.Ability to lead, mentor and train software engineers.To submit your profile for consideration or for further information on this role, please click
