About the role
The CloudOps Engineering Team are experienced technology enthusiasts, helping customers resolve technical faults across multiple cloud platforms to realise the potential of technology.
To ensure our customers always receive the highest standard of support they love and expect, in this role you'll be part of a team of technical engineers, supporting customer environments and ensuring maximum uptime.
You will be responsible for: Providing technical support either by telephone, live chat or ITSM tooling.Develop and maintain specialist knowledge and skill in supported products and in services associated with supported products, as required.Identify more complex technical issues for escalation to specialised staff and vendors and effectively leverage the pre-established escalation process.Maintaining current knowledge and hands-on skills for key technologies that are in use by AC3 customers.Essential Skills & experience 5+ years experience as a Systems Administrator managing Windows and Linux server operating systems.5+ years experience with AWS and VMware based cloud platforms.Strong experience with CLI in AWS and Linux.Experience supporting multiple customers across multiple platforms.Experience using Service management tools, preferably ServiceNow.Culture
