In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all cloud-based solutions comply with regulatory standards and governance frameworks. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your expertise while working across key cloud platforms in a challenging and evolving environment.Key Responsibilities:Governance and Compliance: Develop and implement cloud governance frameworks aligned with regulatory standards, such as APRA.Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate cloud-related risks, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.Cloud Platform Expertise: Utilise advanced knowledge of AWS (primary platform) and solid understanding of GCP (secondary platform) to optimise and manage cloud resources.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving governance initiatives.Communication: Translate and articulate governance policies and cloud strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.Autonomy: Work independently with minimal oversight, ensuring responsibilities are managed effectively and project deadlines are met.Technical Skills:Cloud Platforms: Advanced expertise in AWS and good familiarity with GCP.Governance Frameworks: Experience establishing governance policies in cloud environments and knowledge of APRA standards or similar compliance frameworks.Soft Skills:Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex cloud concepts.Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across all organisational levels.Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic and imperfect environments.This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on cloud governance while developing your professional skills in a collaborative and innovative setting.Working with SeismaOur workforce currently numbers more than 500 consultants across many different industries.
