You will also have the chance to work with some of the brightest subject matter experts in software engineering, cloud solutions, continuous delivery, and cyber-security.What you'll do:As Cloud Engineer, you will be one of our key AWS Champions and be instrumental in maintaining, delivering, and implementing AWS cloud infrastructure solutions across many client projects and architectures.A typical day would look like (but not be limited to):Working directly with clients and development teams supporting the end-to-end software development lifecycle (incl. architecture, solution, testing, deployment, support, root cause analysis and post-mortem)Deploying Cloud solutions that focus on availability, reliability and performance.Develop automation scripts and use infrastructure as code techniques to implement CI/CD pipelines.Securing the systems/networks, implement monitoring and improve system observability.Ensuring compliance with information security management systems and policies.Assisting with the design and documentation of technical specifications of hosted architecture.Project managing your own workflow to achieve exceptional outcomes on time/budget.Driving yourself to learn and grow by keeping ahead of the latest developments and technologies.Occasionally, you may be called upon outside of working hours to ensure the availability of hosted applications.About You:To be successful in this role, we are looking for a Cloud Engineer with proven, solid experience deploying, maintaining and supporting AWS Cloud environments.We will also be interested to hear from you, if you possess the following skills:DevOps Practices: A solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience in automating builds, deployments, and monitoring to improve software development and operations efficiency.Snowflake: Comfortable working with Snowflake for data storage and management.
