The Role The Head of Sales is responsible for managing our ANZ sales function and executing in alignment with the business strategy to deliver measurable growth in target markets. This will require relying on extensive sales experience and judgement to plan and accomplish agreed goals.
Responsibilities Own sales plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. Assist in the development of the sales plan in collaboration with marketing and leadership. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting. Improve the sales process, structure, and activities across inbound and outbound sales. Establish and drive pipeline requirements individually and as a managed team to deliver to sales plan. Provide full visibility to the pipeline velocity and activity to drive outcomes. Directly facilitate sales and support prospects through the pipeline. Team Capability & Relationships Manage multiple BDM's and SDR's within your team. Work collaboratively across teams to drive business outcomes. Scale, support and develop the sales team in alignment with sales plan and pipeline requirements. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally. Qualifications At least 5 years of prior experience in a sales hunter role selling consultative B2B SaaS solutions to enterprises. At least 2 years experience managing a sales team. Experience in the EdTech / LMS/ HR Tech fields would be highly desirable. You are a strategic negotiator and strong communicator. You are able to manage time-sensitive projects with little supervision. You're a proven deal closer and strong communicator. Employment type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
