About the Engagement: Green Light is seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Architect to support a federal government client.
This role will focus on designing and managing cloud solutions to enhance operational efficiency and security.
Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture: Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage solutions, and resource management.
Server Management: Oversee server environments and ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Active Directory Administration: Configure and manage Active Directory services, including user accounts and permissions.
Cross-Cloud Expertise: Integrate Azure solutions with other cloud platforms, particularly AWS, as needed.
Troubleshooting and Support: Employ strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Security Best Practices: Implement and uphold security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications and Experience: Experience: Extensive experience with Azure IAAS, VMware, Active Directory, and related server technologies.
Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to design and manage complex cloud infrastructures.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate are preferred.
