About the role With continued success, we are expanding, and we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Cloud and Systems Administrator. We are looking for strong technical horsepower, experience across multiple technical domains and solutions, customer obsession, a positive attitude, and a desire to be challenged and learn. 
Due to specific customer requirements, applicants must be Australian-born citizens and not hold any additional citizenship. The type of person we seek You'll have strong experience in: 
Level 2 & 3 technical support and troubleshooting across a range of exciting technologies (AWS and/or Azure, Microsoft, Next-Gen Firewalls)Managing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents, service requests, events, and problem ticketsCommunicating with customers on technical itemsDelivering outstanding customer serviceIf you have any questions, please contact Emanuel Kunz on ********  for a confidential discussion.
