Servant Leader – We serve our fellow teammates and customers first, with the purpose of enabling and supporting them to do great work.Open & Humble – We learn and share from resources, experiences, and mistakes.Loyal Team Member – We support each other and the decisions made.Driven – Enthusiastic to constantly move ahead, be self-motivated to learn, challenge the status quo, and move the company forward.RESPONSIBILITIES:Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud solutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Network, and Security.Installation, configuration, and managing Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and Hyper-V Servers, and Linux Servers (Redhat, Ubuntu, CentOS).Build new servers on-premises and Microsoft Azure Portal/AWS Console.Work on moderate to complex installation and maintenance tasks.Configure and manage on-premises and Microsoft Azure Active Directory and user creation and modification, providing access to users for using Azure resources as per client requirements.Manage and provide user-level support, including software installation, account management, and server configuration.Configuration and managing storage on Microsoft Azure portal.Create, change, or delete an Azure network security group and resource group.Migrate on-premises servers to Microsoft Azure portal by site and recovery.Configuration and managing Microsoft Azure backup and restore policy.Upgrade and downgrade Microsoft Azure virtual machines hardware as per client requirements.Configuring and managing Microsoft Azure network as well as on-premises network.Configure and manage WSUS Windows Server 6.3 and push the required updates to client machines and servers.Administration and migration of Active Directory 2008 to 2012 and 2012 to 2016.Migration of on-premises Active Directory to Azure and Azure Object sync.Knowledge of best practices to help realize an immutable infrastructure approach to deployment.Ability to juggle multiple projects, tasks, and priorities in a dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal skills in English – your role will involve assisting many people worldwide.Preferable to have at least one AWS or Azure cloud certification.About the Business and the RoleA well-established software company is currently redesigning its products and working towards consistently developing their software to always be ahead.
They deliver high-quality HRIS systems both here in Australia and the US.This redesign and exciting new vision has created the need for a brand new UI/UX Designer to assist in improving and designing a forward-thinking front-end experience for the user.Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAs the UI/UX Designer, you will act as the creative and user translator for the rest of the team.
You will be collaborating and working closely with the Product Manager, development teams, and clients to ensure the front end is always easy to use and ahead of the game.As the UX lead, you will be required to present to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all concepts, designs, and changes are presented clearly.
Research must be completed thoroughly and utilize customer knowledge and insights as well as market trends.Skills and ExperienceMust have strong knowledge of contemporary frameworks.Must have proven design capabilities.Must be an engaging and capable demonstrator and presenter.Team player with the ability to multitask.Ideally, you will have worked with Government and Education clients.Road mapping experience is a must.All of the above is crucial for you to be able to succeed in this role; however, we are looking for someone who has the energy and passion to bring together new ideas and a developing team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
