Requirements:2 years of experience in closet design or a related field preferredProficiency in technology and ability to understand softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction Qualifications:Knowledge of construction materials and techniquesExperience in sales or customer service is a plus Responsibilities:Meet with clients to understand their storage needs and preferencesManagement of lead intake system / customer communicationsDesign custom closet systems using our softwareProvide estimates and proposals for custom closet systemsCollaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installationEnsure high-quality workmanship and attention to detailProvide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation processMaintain a safe and organized work environmentFollow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service
