As the Clinical Unit Head, you will provide clinical and medical leadership for Cardiology services and will work closely with the Director of Acute Ambulatory and Critical Care, Nurse Unit Manager of Cardiology, Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) and other Clinical Unit Heads such as Emergency Department (ED) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide leadership and management required to implement Bendigo Health's strategic vision and meet clinical service delivery requirements. The role reports operationally to the Clinical Director of Ambulatory & Critical Care and professionally to the Chief Medical Officer.Required skills and attributesFor the right candidate, the health service would be willing to provide support and/or professional development opportunities to support the appointee to achieve growth and development of leadership experience.All Cardiology specialities will be considered.
