Due to an increased demand for training in Perth Metro and regional areas, we are looking to engage a Clinical Trainer & Assessor to deliver key training in; - Medication, diabetes, dysphagia, bowel care, peg feeding, dementia, epilepsy, midazolam and urinary catheter management.
Working 4/5 Days per week this position will be appointed on a casual basis and require the flexibility to travel to our regional sites and customers throughout WA.
A typical day in the role may look like…… Delivering accredited and non-accredited programs through face-to-face training both on and off the job;Coordinating, delivering, monitoring and reporting on participant progress, supporting learners with a varying range of abilities;Ability to engage students whilst delivering face to face training with attention to quality service.The ideal candidate will have: - A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar role within a large organisationCertificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualificationHave the Flexibility to travel – essentialCurrent Nurse Registration with AHPRA, EN or RNExtensive experience in the development and delivery of clinical training initiativesDetailed knowledge and understanding of Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) requirementsUnderstanding of community and social issues related to disability service provisionSubmitting your application is easy, all we need is your current CV and a few questions answered and then one of the team will be in touch.
