You will lead a team of dedicated health professionals, including Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses, while collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and specialists in areas such as Sexual Health, Chronic Disease, and Mental Health.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRAPost-graduate qualifications in a clinical specialty or management, or equivalent experienceProven experience in leading healthcare teams, ideally in a correctional settingOngoing participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD)Strong self-management and resilience to work autonomouslyCultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse backgroundsPlease note: This position carries trust and responsibility. To support this, a comprehensive probity assessment, including a National Police Check, is a key part of the selection process for this role.
