Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you will provide confidential secretarial and administrative services, contributing to high-quality care for our elderly patients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily workloads, managing complex tasks, and liaising with various hospital departments to meet our priorities. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in maintaining the efficiency of our department. In this dynamic position, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment. You'll guide and mentor less experienced staff, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.
