The role will complement existing systems and processes with shift times determined by resident/unit service delivery needs.
The position is expected to work closely with existing Clinical Support Officer administrative staff.Where you'll be workingGarrawarra Centre is a 104 bed Dementia Specific Residential Aged Care Facility located in the tranquil setting of Garrawarra State Conservation Area, Waterfall.
The Centre is one of the few purpose-built, dementia-specific facilities in New South Wales.There is ample, free on-site parking but you will need your own reliable transport as Garrawarra is not accessible by any public transport.Selection CriteriaHolds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalentDemonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage a busy switchboard/reception areaProven experience in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to use NSW Health applications including iPM, eMR etc.Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high-pressure, high-volume work environment to meet deadlinesAbility to work as part of a team and flexibility to perform in a rotational role across the serviceDemonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and proceduresApplications Close: 27 September 2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
