Such delegations include (but will not be limited to): Providing high level administrative support for the workforce team Ensure the talent pool roster is completed and communicated within required timeframes.
Liaise with NUM's regarding staffing issues that may impact on rostering Work with the NUM of the Nursing & Midwifery unit to support nursing staff queries Ensuring appropriate staffing meets with the operational requirements.
Working with our People & Culture team to coordinate recruitment for nursing staff.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain strong working relationships.
Prior rostering knowledge would be advantageous, however not essential.
