Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for the business unit.Providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers by supporting field teams with technical in-services and presentations to customers.Conducting on-site education and/or consulting.Assisting Territory Managers in providing after-hours on-call support.Supporting sales & marketing programs with specific complimentary activities as provided by the Marketing team.Participating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.Working closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support.Gathering market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicating to Territory Managers and Divisional Staff.Identifying and facilitating execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.Monitoring field inventory effectively and ensuring appropriate levels relative to demand in locations.Supporting clinical study activities in conjunction with Territory Manager and the Clinical Research team.Required Knowledge and Experience:Proven experience in a clinical role in medical devices industry or a clinical/hospital setting.Proven experience providing technical support in cardiac rhythm management.Sound knowledge of MS Office.Required to travel up to 25%, valid driver's license required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package.A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
