The primary focus of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of all site activities in line with quality standards, regulations, and guidelines. You will oversee the Clinical Team, ensuring patient safety and the delivery of clinical study endpoints, while contributing to the site's growth and success.DutiesEnsure the delivery of clinical studies meets client endpoints (quality standards, enrolment targets, timelines)Train staff on quality requirements and ensure compliance with protocolsFacilitate and represent the site at study-related meetingsRun regular site meetings and ensure reporting requirements are metAssist with participant recruitment efforts on-siteManage team rosters to optimize patient visitsFoster relationships with internal departments, local medical centers, sponsors, and hospitalsRepresent operations in internal discussions for study feasibilityContribute to business process improvements and the corporate strategySkills and ExperiencePrior experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical-related clinical research trialsMedicall Qualified (MD, M.B.B.S, Bachelor of Medicine)Strong leadership skills in multidisciplinary team settingsKnowledge of clinical governance, ICH-GCP requirements, and patient safetyAbility to maintain relationships with site managers, leadership teams, and external stakeholdersExperience in setting and managing site operations budgetsCultureJoin a growing, high-achieving team focused on delivering top-quality clinical research while maintaining a respectful and supportive work environment.
