Key responsibilities: As an experienced and highly competent clinician, you will deliver quality services and provide clinical / professional leadership to health employees working in LCLHN. Responsible for contributing to the implementation of Child Protection and Domestic and Family Violence reforms and policy directives across the LCLHN. Work with health staff, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure implementation of best practice initiatives and compliance with legislative requirements and policy directives relevant to Child Protection and Domestic and Family Violence. Contribute high quality and specialised knowledge, skills and abilities and will be required to provide clinical support or guidance to health staff to assist families and or clients with complex issues in accordance with best practice guidelines. Previous contribution to service planning and development at local, cluster, regional or state level Contributed previously to quality improvement, evaluation and research Must hold a recognised qualification within Social Work and be eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Work.
