As an integral member of a multi-professional team, collaborating with health professionals and service providers from various sectors, you'll apply a range of approaches, including preventative care, early intervention, and therapeutic treatment, to ensure optimal outcomes for the community.

AHP3 Bring extensive knowledge as a Rural Generalist or within a specific discipline, providing complex clinical and consultancy services across FUNLHN and relevant professional networks.Demonstrate professional independence and clinical competence, utilizing advanced reflective-practice skills to implement innovative and sophisticated techniques effectively.Apply a deep understanding of FUNLHN's strategic directions, health unit operations, and service delivery challenges to manage complex and diverse responsibilities.Offer strategic advice to management on service development and practice redesign, effectively addressing client needs and adapting to evolving demand.
