What You'll Do
Reporting into Vial Operations, we are seeking a Site Lead with a strong background in Phase 1 Clinical trials, preferably with a nursing or equivalent background. This role is pivotal in the Vial mission of making early stage Clinical Research an efficient, high-quality engine and will play a critical role in bringing new life-changing medicine to the market. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a high patient load and critical submission deadlines for Vial Therapeutics programs.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee subject recruitment
Manage patient schedules, site equipment maintenance, patient record/source documentation
Collaborate with Vial Leadership and Principal Investigator for site success
Monitor and report on patient metrics and overall status of clinical trials
