As an experienced Clinical Research Associate, you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

As we are fully embedded with this global pharmaceutical client, you will experience a true "one team" approach that provides limitless opportunity to develop through training, mentorship, and support from leadership.
What you will be doing:Perform all aspects of CRA duties from site selection, site initiation, through to site routine monitoring visits and close-out visits and database lock.You will be embedded in our client's study team and have a dedicated ICON line manager to support you.Oversee all aspects of study site management to ensure high quality data resulting in consistently low query levels and in good Quality Assurance reports.You are:Degree in Pharmacy or any related course.1.5+ years prior monitoring experience within CRO/ Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology company.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Flexibility to travel.Excellent knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP, good knowledge of local regulations.Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.Why ICON?At ICON, we embrace new perspectives and empower our people to write their own paths forward.
